- Deadline for submissions is January 31, 2009.
- Submissions, with application, should be sent or
delivered to:

- The Windsor Pair Trustees will make their selection
by March 13, 2009.
- After a selection has been made, artists will be
notified. Those who desire may make arrangements to pick up their
submissions at the golf course, at the fair grounds or arrange for
return by mail by calling Karen Foster @ 207-622-2930.
- The Windsor Pair will retain all rights to the
design. It will appear on posters and t-shirts and perhaps other
promotional material.
- Considered designs will be presented to Liberty
Graphics to be sure they are suitable for t-shirt printing. Artists
unfamiliar with fabric reproduction might consider consulting with
them @ 207-589-4596.
- The dates of the Fair are Sun. August 30 through
Labor Day, September 7, 2009.
